\u00c9levage de poules pondeuses en agriculture biologique, syst\u00e8me de production soucieux du bien-\u00eatre animal et respectueux de l\u2019environnement.<\/p>

Nos poules sont r\u00e9parties dans 6 b\u00e2timents de 62m2 chacun, permettant ainsi une surface par animal sup\u00e9rieure aux exigences du cahier des charges BIO.<\/p>

Elles b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d\u2019un acc\u00e8s \u00e0 un parcours ext\u00e9rieur en prairie naturelle et arbor\u00e9 avec des esp\u00e8ces champ\u00eatre et produisant des baies et fruits comestibles pour les poules.<\/p>

Ce mode de production permet ainsi une alimentation vari\u00e9e, qui a un impact b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u0153uf, pour l\u2019\u00e9quilibre psychologique des poules mais \u00e9galement pour la biodiversit\u00e9 et le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes.<\/p>

Les parcours ext\u00e9rieurs sont d\u2019une surface sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 la demande du cahier des charges BIO, choix que nous avons fait pour le bien-\u00eatre des animaux.<\/p>

Chaque b\u00e2timent poss\u00e8de 2 parcs ext\u00e9rieurs d\u2019une surface d\u2019environ 3000m2, ceci pour permettre une rotation et pr\u00e9server les espaces en herbe.<\/p>

En effet, un parc est syst\u00e9matiquement ferm\u00e9 lorsque le deuxi\u00e8me est ouvert pour le repos des prairies et le maintien des ressources.<\/p>

Les poules restent sur le site pendant 2 ans, contre 1 an en syst\u00e8me intensif.<\/p>

Elles seront ensuite propos\u00e9es \u00e0 la vente comme poule de r\u00e9forme pour les particuliers.<\/p>
